The Solid Hook-on Pool Cover also add a level of safety to small animals and children; however, a Hook-on Pool Cover is not classified as a Safety Cover, due to rainwater that will accumulate on top of the Hook-on Pool Cover. But as always, we do offer a solution for this as well.
To ensure that the Hook-on Pool Cover provides an alternative safety solution for peace of mind we install a Pool Safety Net underneath the Hook-on Pool Cover which allows us to put drainage holes in the Hook-on Pool Cover to allow rainwater to drain through. This is alternatively the best solution if the Solid Safety Pool Cover is not an option for your swimming pool.
The Pool Covers Xtreme Hook on Pool Cover is manufactured using 700gsm Tarpaulin with a PVC Coating fitted resting on top of the water and then secured with Stainless Steel Plates fitted around the perimeter of the swimming pool spaced every 80cm apart. The Pool Cover will be made to fit the shape of the swimming pool with Stainless Steel Eyelets allowing the Stainless-Steel Hook to slide into Stainless Steel plates fitted around the swimming pool the hold the Pool Cover in place.
When the Hook-on Pool Cover is used with the support of a swimming Pool Safety Net fitted at the bottom then the Pool Safety Net will be fitted first with the Hook-on Pool Cover fitted on top of the Safety Net to ensure your swimming pool is child and pet proof. This Pool Cover system works perfectly especially on those swimming pools where a Solid Safety Pool Cover with Poles wont work.
